I got these sandals last April - in time for summer. I have been using them since then and it has not worn out. The picture is true to its color and quality. Price including shipping is very reasonable. Although the shipping duration to the U.S. took longer than I expected, but it was okay. I wear an 8.5 US (women) and I ordered a 39 - it was the perfect choice. I purchased this pair because it looks very "Franciscan" in style and design.

Purchased these about a year ago and finally wore them in Hawaii recently. The leather upper straps seem to be cut from thin low quality leather and dyed a lighter, reddish color vs the rich, dark-colored brown as shown in the photos.
The actual lighter color,combined with the prominent heal in the back make these sandals look more appropriate for women than men.
